a few minor adjustments to the boles. replace insulation in the ceiling, remove air conditioner from ceiling which leaked, tear out all the cabinets, remove the kitchen appliances and fridge, remove mattresses, close off bathroom and create a clean sparse space to dwell temporarily while we finish the Spartan.
